Training

You define the topics and Stettler Consulting takes care of developing, organising and delivering the training courses in accordance with your company’s specific requirements. This training can take various forms, from a two-hour lunch & learn to a one- or multi-day seminar. We provide training in a wide range of areas, particularly: personality training, conflict management, leadership and motivation, communication, presentation techniques, psychological sales training and change management. We will be happy to provide you with a personalised proposal.

Personality tests

Successful recruitment and HR consulting starts with a comprehensive personality test. The results are used as a basis for training or coaching, and for determining the corresponding progress. Stettler Consulting makes use of various testing tools, such as the Personality Structure Test (PST-R) and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Assessments

Stettler Consulting has been successfully combining detailed psychological assessments with conventional interviews for over a decade. We also deepen the candidate selection process by integrating business or technical exercises and role plays. For this purpose, we create a company-specific assessment centre tailored to your exact requirements. Our assessment centre can also be used as a development centre or as a venue for conducting training needs analysis.

Outplacement

With this service, Stettler Consulting helps you part company with employees in a fair way. We accompany departing employees for three or six months, depending on the requirements. During this period, we apply our decades of experience in the Swiss healthcare sector, as well as our interview experience, to give your former employees the best chance of returning to work.

Interview training

Time and again, we see our clients losing suitable candidates because the interviews are not being conducted professionally enough. We have therefore created a half-day interview training course for recruitment managers, based on our interview experience and on analysis of the comprehensive feedback received from candidates after being interviewed by the client. We also provide tailored application coaching for candidates to boost their chances of a successful interview.
