Roger has been the owner and CEO of Stettler Consulting AG since 2001. He has a degree in business administration and a professional qualification in human resources. Roger has more than 20 years’ experience as a CEO and entrepreneur.

Our recruitment process

We offer you two different models for the recruitment of executives and specialists: retained recruitment and contingency recruitment. A key part of the process involves working closely with the client at the start of the project to determine their exact needs in terms of skills and personality profiles. Retained recruitment involves us actively searching for and approaching suitable candidates on behalf of the client. During the interview process, we use personality tests as an important tool for assessing candidates.
