Emanuel has been with Stettler Consulting since 2012. He has a Swiss federal diploma in business administration and is a qualified pharmaceutical consultant (shqa). Emanuel has a 15-year track record as an entrepreneur in the field of diagnostics/dietetics and 11 years’ experience as the CEO of three other companies.
We offer you two different models for the recruitment of executives and specialists: retained recruitment and contingency recruitment. A key part of the process involves working closely with the client at the start of the project to determine their exact needs in terms of skills and personality profiles. Retained recruitment involves us actively searching for and approaching suitable candidates on behalf of the client. During the interview process, we use personality tests as an important tool for assessing candidates.
